Return & Cancellation Policy
It’s very important for us, that you’ll enjoy your shopping with LuLove! We are making all possible efforts to deliver only products of appropriate quality. But if you have any problem with some item from your order, you can make an exchange or return the item and receive a refund.
You can make a return or exchange of your order within 60 days from the date of getting your shipping.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items from your order. Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below:
1. Before returning items, please send an e-mail at support@lu-love.com with the confirmation number of your order, the name of the items you would like to return, and the return reason.
2. After receiving an email response from us and agreeing on all the details of the return or exchange, send returned goods by post in protective packaging to ensure a safe delivery to our address: HeHaluts 100, Beer-Sheva, Israel, 8420736.
Then send an email with the tracking number and date of dispatch to support@lu- love.com
3. After receiving and checking the items, we’ll send you an e-mail Your refund will be processed using your previous payment method.
4. If you want to make exchange your item from order to different price item in our shop, you must pay price difference if chosen item costs more than a returned item, or you’ll get partial refund if chosen item costs less than a returned item.
If the payment was made by credit card – the refund may take up to 14 days, if Paypal – 1-2 days.
The return is subject to the following conditions:
1. If you don’t contact us before sending items by post, your request for return or exchange will be dismissed.
2. You can make return or exchange of your order within 60 days from the date of getting your shipping. After this term your request for return or exchange will be dismissed.
3. Items for return or exchange must be sent in the protective packaging to ensure safe shipping and including original document – invoice which you get with your shipping.
4. Items for return must be in their original condition and have not been in use.
5. The cost of delivery and insurance are non-refundable.
6. Refund does not include initial and back shipping cost, only if the refund is done due to item’s defect.
Items that you can’t return:
– items that have been in use
– broken items
– personalized item (We will not be able to sell such items to other customers. We appreciate your understanding)
Exception is done for the items with the wrong size or un appropriate quality, when the return is done due to our mistake. In such cases please e-mail us at first and only after receiving our response send items by post.
Cancellation of paid order
You can send request for cancellation of your already paid order within 24 hours from paying moment.
If the payment was made by credit card – the refund may take up to 14 days, if Paypal – 1-2 days.
Amendments to this Agreement
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time, publishing updated terms and conditions on the web-site with the coorespondant dates of updates. Your continued use of the web-site after any such changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
